fertile clay soil, a moderate climate and a long rainy season lasting from October to February. About
this coffee By special agreement, Yauco Selecto is kept in the shell until it is
shipped. The beans are only shelled after the receipt of an order to ensure optimum freshness. No more
than 3000 sacks of this premium-quality coffee, each weighing 45 kg, are harvested each year. That’s
less than 1% of all the coffee grown on the island. Flavour Puerto
Rican coffee is naturally full-bodied, intense and not at all bitter. It has an aroma full of character
combined with a rich fullness. The strong body of Yauco Selecto makes this coffee a taste experience
to savour. As an espresso, Yauco Selecto develops a very fine chocolate aroma. Recommendation For
