Caffè Velutto
Ingredients for 2 persons
- 1 double espresso (60 ml)
- 1 vanilla pod
- 2 teaspoons grated chocolate
- 2 scoops vanilla ice cream
- 1 small cup crushed ice (80 ml)
Preparation
- Cut open vanilla pod lengthwise
- Scrape out the vanilla pulp into a coffee cup and add the double espresso
- Place the double espresso with the vanilla pulp, 2 scoops of vanilla ice cream, 2 teaspoons grated chocolate and the small cup of crushed ice in the mixer and mix well
