Café Vanigliato

Ingredients
- 1 espresso (50 ml)
- 1 small cup milk (80 ml)
- 1
small cup crushed ice (80 ml)
- 30 ml chocolate syrup
- 2 scoops of
vanilla ice cream
- a few slivers of chocolate
Preparation
- Fill the crushed ice in a shaker. Prepare the espresso directly into the
shaker. Shake the shaker for app. 20 seconds so that the espresso is immediatela annealed.
- Put
a little of the chocolate syrup in two cocktail glasses and top with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
- Blend
the cold espresso with the milk and the rest of the chocolate syrup in the Drink Master and pour into
the glasses.
- Garnish with slivers of chocolate. Eat with a spoon.
