Cappuccino cocktail with grappa

Ingredients (Serves 2)

  • 2 cl grappa
  • 200 ml hot espresso
  • 2 – 4 teaspoons sugar
  • 200 ml milk
  • Cocoa powder for dusting

To prepare

  • Fill grappa into two high glasses. Stir sugar into double espresso until it has dissolved completely. Pour two thirds of the espresso onto the grappa.
  • Make hot milk with the Cappuccinatore and mix with remaining espresso. Carefully let the milk & espresso mixture run into the glasses over a long spoon or pour it in very slowly. This prevents the layers from blending.
  • Froth the remaining milk with the Cappuccinatore and carefully top espresso with it. Dust with cocoa powder.
