Viennese coffee
Ingredients - 100 ml coffee
- 1
scoop vanilla ice cream
- (If liked) Vanilla flavoured syrup (to taste)
Preparation - Add
a little vanilla flavoured syrup to a tapered glass.
- Shape a round scoop of vanilla
ice cream and add it to the glass.
- Place the glass under the coffee spout. Let the
coffee flow directly down the edge into the glass.
Serving
suggestion - Garnish the Viennese coffee with grated chocolate
as desired.
- It can also be served with a short straw.
