Viennese coffee

Ingredients

  • 100 ml coffee
  • 1 scoop vanilla ice cream
  • (If liked) Vanilla flavoured syrup (to taste)

Preparation

  • Add a little vanilla flavoured syrup to a tapered glass.
  • Shape a round scoop of vanilla ice cream and add it to the glass.
  • Place the glass under the coffee spout. Let the coffee flow directly down the edge into the glass.

Serving suggestion

  • Garnish the Viennese coffee with grated chocolate as desired.
  • It can also be served with a short straw.
