Pepresso

Ingredients (Serves 1)

  • 45 ml espresso
  • 1 cl chocolate sauce
  • Mixed peppercorns

Preparation

  • Add the chocolate sauce to the espresso cup until the base of the cup is well covered.
  • Season the chocolate with a little freshly ground pepper.
  • Place the espresso cup under the coffee spout.
  • Prepare an espresso with 45 ml of water.

Serving suggestion

  • Prewarmed espresso cup
  • Saucer for espresso cup
  • Espresso spoon
  • Sugar
  • Serve with 1 glass of still water
