St Nicholas' Day

A visit from St Nicholas and Cino.

On 6 December, JURAworld of Coffee had a visit from St Nicholas and his companion Schmutzli, who in Switzerland traditionally helps him give out presents. Almost all of the children were brave enough to recite a little poem to the man in red. But there were gifts for everyone, much to the delight of all the children. Cino was there too, to judge the painting competition, and he picked the winning artists Jan Müller, Liva Yilmaz and Flavio Fravi. The prizes were presented on Sunday 12 December.
