Iron exhibitionA nostalgic
look back and
a great step forwards: After almost eight historic decades, JURA is taking leave of its iron division
and will focus in future exclusively on automatic coffee machines, the company's core business. We will
be saying good-bye to the iron market in a befitting manner – with style, vision – and with you. Join
us in honouring part of JURA's successful history and go back in time to the pioneering age of steam
ironing at our temporary exhibition. The exhibition on ironing history is open free of charge to the
public from 23 September 2008 to 10 January 2009.

to the website of the iron exhibition Until
the 1980s JURA was regarded
as the most
renowned iron brand in Switzerland. In homage to the popular classic JURA designs, a cult-series of
domestic appliances will remain in the range. These include a pretzel-maker, the chrome toaster and
the Comfort Plus iron. The service guarantee and after-sales service of all
JURA irons
remains unaffected.
