The centrepiece of the JURAworld of Coffee is an exhibition with unique scenes which recreate the history and stories relating to this legendary drink in an engaging, absorbing and thrilling experience.

The Legend
Many myths and legends surround the discovery of coffee. Travel back into the past and visit the place where, as legend has it, the story began. European travelers in centuries gone by were amazed at the drink that was served to them against the backdrop of One Thousand and One Nights. Browse through the chronicles of their travels and be carried away to far-off countries and foreign cultures.

The Commerce
Over the centuries, coffee enjoyed a triumphal procession around the world. At different parts of the old grocery shop selling “colonial produce”, you can stop and learn some things worth knowing and hear some scurrilous stories. This journey through space and time ends in a warehouse where you can learn interactively about the interesting background and surprising facts relating to coffee, both as luxury beverage and economic factor. The poetic imagery of the short film “ln Heaven - the Coffeelovers” will take you around the world and give you an opportunity to meet many coffee lovers.
